I managed every detail of our trade show presence, from coordinating vendors and talent to executing a multi-channel marketing strategy. This included securing our spot as the show bag sponsor, designing branded bags, reserving premium display space, and creating ads for the show directory. The campaign boosted visibility, drove engagement, and resulted in stronger customer connections, increased sales, and lasting brand loyalty. I even stepped in as the Wicked Witch and Batgirl (turns out it’s not easy being green).

ECOMMERCE OPTIMIZATION

I led a full overhaul of our Amazon product listings, updating hundreds of ATF and BTF sections to ensure consistency and brand alignment. I also revamped the storefront to track product traffic and measure performance. These improvements elevated the shopping experience, built customer confidence, and drove higher conversions and sales.

UX/UI WEBSITE DESIGN

I transformed the company website from outdated and cluttered to clean, modern, and user-friendly. The redesign introduced new graphics, copy, product carousels, and a ‘Rubies in Action’ showcase, creating a seamless and engaging experience. We also refreshed our NuORDER storefront and migrated 800+ wholesale customers to a more efficient system.

I led Rubies’ digital transformation with integrated B2C/B2B strategies, driving a 1,400% increase in reach and a 267% boost in engagement across social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. By collaborating with influencers, our reach grew by 322% and we increased followers by 6.5% in just 30 days. These creators help amplify our message, and their engaged audiences have significantly contributed to the growth of our own community. By co-creating content and working together on campaigns, including for major retailers, we expanded our reach and enhanced brand presence.

EMAIL CAMPAIGNS
Strategy, copywriting, design, campaigning
Using the NuORDER wholesale platform, my team curated a range of licensed and non-licensed EZ order email campaigns targeted directly to customers. These campaigns bypassed the traditional salesperson, allowing delivery of pre-merchandised assortments of trending products. I developed the collections based on bestseller data and current entertainment trends for the most impactful emails. Over the course of a year, we launched more than 75 direct-to-customer campaigns, driving significant B2B revenue. In Q1 of 2024 alone, these campaigns accounted for 25% of revenue from the independent sales channel.

Filming, video editing, photography, strategy
I filmed, directed, and edited a brand video for the consulting company, Norvana, that established a strong visual identity and helped attract new clients. By shaping the concept, managing production, and delivering polished content, I created a piece that captured the company’s voice and positioned the brand to stand out in a competitive market.
